Eskom’ Customer incentive campaign, an initiative designed to incentivize Eskom’s pre-paid customers in Limpopo, Free –State, North-west, Limpopo, KZN and Eastern Cape when they come clean and be legal as they enjoy a 50% discounted tamper fee Encourages all Eskom Residential PPU customers to manage knowledge and understanding towards creating a culture of legal use of electricity and payment for power used by: Informing and educating customers regards illegal electricity use and the implications of ‘unjust enrichment’ Influencing and reminding customers to come clean and be legal Sensitizing customers about the consequences of illegal use of electricity, non-payment and not coming clean Build a call to action towards compliance and behaviour change Rebuild Eskom brand and reputation.
